How long have you been in business?
NW Reliable was founded by Vito in 2017 here in Vancouver, WA. Since then, the company has grown through honest work, clear communication, and reliable repair services for homeowners across Vancouver and the Portland metro area.
Who actually does the work, Vito or a crew?
Both. Vito stays closely involved from the first site visit to the final walkthrough. The work is completed by him and a small owner led crew, so you know who is managing the project and who is working on your home.
What is your service area?
We serve Vancouver, Camas, Battle Ground, Ridgefield, Hazel Dell, Salmon Creek, and nearby Clark County communities. We also serve Portland and surrounding Oregon areas including Beaverton, Hillsboro, Tigard, Lake Oswego, West Linn, and Happy Valley.
Are you licensed in both WA and OR?
Yes. NW Reliable is licensed, bonded, and insured in Washington and Oregon. When permits or inspections are needed, we help manage that process through the proper city or county office.
What if I need work outside your scope?
We focus on structural repair, dry rot repair, and water damage repair. If your project needs something outside our scope, we will tell you clearly and point you toward the right type of contractor.
Do you charge for estimates?
No. We provide a free site visit so we can review the damage, explain what we see, and help you understand the next step. If the project is a good fit, you receive a clear written proposal before work begins.
