What an awesome group of people! Great quality work and the team kept me well informed on progress of permits, when job will start and when completed. I will definitely use them for all future home service needs.
We hired NW Reliable to clean our siding and gutters, paint our trim and eaves, and rebuild our back stairs. Vito kept us informed on when they would be here, made sure they were clear on what we wanted, took care of the dry rot, and made the steps safe.
Excellent work from start to finish. The team was professional, efficient, and the quality of work was excellent. Highly recommend.
The owner Vito stays personally involved in each step of the process. He keeps you fully informed of progress and follows up after each milestone. Good price, good people, and just a heck of a nice guy.
Before you pick up the phone.
What kinds of projects do you take on?
We handle structural repair, dry rot repair, and water damage repair for homes in Vancouver, WA, Portland, and the surrounding metro area. Our work focuses on damaged framing, joists, beams, posts, subfloors, siding, and load bearing areas that affect the strength of the home.
How is this different from water damage restoration?
Water damage restoration usually focuses on drying, cleanup, mold removal, and removing damaged materials. We focus on the repair work after that. This includes framing, joists, sills, subfloors, walls, and the structural areas that need to be rebuilt correctly.
Do you work with an engineer, or do we bring our own?
Either works. We regularly coordinate with structural engineers and can bring one in when needed. If you already have an engineer, we can work with them to make sure the repair follows the proper plan before work begins.
Who handles permits and inspections?
We do. When permits or inspections are needed, we help manage that process through the proper city or county office. You stay informed, and the work is handled with the right documentation from start to finish.
How far out are you booking?
Booking times can vary based on the size and urgency of the repair. Larger structural repairs, dry rot repairs, and water damage repairs are best looked at early, especially if you are seeing sagging floors, soft wood, staining, or signs of movement.
What does the first conversation look like?
We start with a site visit. Our team reviews the damage, looks at the existing conditions, and explains what can be repaired. If the project is a good fit, you get a clear scope, schedule, and proposal before any work begins.
